Assistant Facilities Engineer (Electrical)

Responsibilities:
Provide analytical and maintenance delivery strategies
Review of equipment incidents and conduct risk assessment
Coordinate on preventive works
Analyse data and advice on optimum maintenance priorities.
Provide strategies for predictive/preventive and reactive maintenance.
Identify causes of reliability degradation.
Ensure corrective actions
Assist in cost control
Provide good customer service to customers

Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Team Player
Good record in facilities management
Candidates from FACILITIES COMPANIES with the relevant experience is strongly encouraged to apply!
